I did it this time

I think I have done it this time.  A Friend and I took the grandkids to a movie.  The grandkids and I went to one movie, while Friend went to another which got out 20 mins after mine.  After the movie got out, the grandkids and I went to the car and since it was in the sun, we moved to the shade. We waited and watched for Friend to get out, but did not see Friend.  So we sat in the car till 9pm waiting for Friend to come out.  At 9pm we left after a text that we were leaving, but I would be back for Friend after the movie got out.  I brought the kids home so they could spend the night with a relative and went back.  When I talked to Friend the next morning Friend said I passed Friend the next morning, Friend said I passed Friend on the freeway.  I honestly did not see Friend or I would have stopped.  Now Friend is avoiding me, and I don't know what to do!

My Search for a Home with Land

As I continue my search for property, I have searched in Washington County and found three that might work.  Columbia County had nothing.  There were a couple in Newberg I may go look at, I used to live in that town and liked it very much.  I get to go Thursday June 11 to see a few properties. 

I found out VA will approve a loan for bare property as long as the person buys a manufactured home to put on the land and they will even hook up everything, dig a well and put in septic and a drive way.  Another option opens for me.

As my home search continues, I have an appointment to go see a place that is in Williamina, OR.  It looks good, house may need some fixing up, but got to see what kind of condition it is in.
